Terms & Conditions

  • Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-In is 2PM and Check-Out is 12NN.

  • Guest & Visitor Registration: All guests and visitors are required to present a valid ID and a confirmed booking voucher upon check-in. Additionally, they must register at the Front Desk upon arrival.

  • Children Policy: Children aged 12 yrs and below stay free of charge when sharing the same bed with adults. No additional room amenities and breakfast will be provided.

  • Security Deposit: A Php 1,000 cash security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be held during your stay to cover any incidental charges or extra costs. If there are no additional charges, the full deposit will be refunded at checkout.

  • Extension of Stay: Should you wish to extend your stay, please advise Front Desk. Extension requests are subject to room availability and advance payment.

  • Payment Methods & Policy: We accept all major credit cards, e-wallets, cash payments, and bank transfers. Please be aware that all payments made are Non-Refundable.

  • Room Security: Guests should ensure that their guest room door is always properly secure. The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses incurred by guests inside the Hotel premises.

  • Hotel Liability: The Hotel shall not be liable for damages or injury to guests and their visitors occurring within hotel premises due to negligence.

  • Responsibility for Damages: You will be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or lost items caused by you or your visitors. This includes any damage to the room(s), hotel premises, or property, whether it results from deliberate, negligent, or reckless actions. The responsibility applies to you and anyone in your party, even if they are not staying at the hotel during your visit.

  • Linen Care: To preserve the quality of our linens, please avoid activities that may cause stains, including henna tattoos, makeup, food, and drinks. Guests will be charged for cleaning or replacing stained linens, based on the severity of the stain.

  • Key Return: Please return the key to the Front Office upon check-out. A charge of Php 500.00 will be applied for any lost key.

  • Noise & Privacy: Silence must be always observed. The privacy of other guests must be respected.

  • Late Check-Out: If a guest has not checked out in due time, the Front Office shall exercise diligence to contact the guest and confirm extension or late checkout. If such efforts are made to no avail, the hotel reserves the right to apply appropriate charges. Check-out beyond 5PM will incur a full-day rate charge.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

  • Smoking: Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on hotel premises will incur a Php2,000.00 fine per occurrence, except in designated smoking areas.

  • Visitors: Visitors are allowed until 10PM only; beyond visiting hours, extra person charges will apply.

  • Personal Electrical Appliances: The use of personal electrical appliances, including heaters, cooking appliances, flat irons, and hairdryers etc. in guest rooms other than those provided by this hotel is strictly prohibited. Any violations will incur applicable charges.

  • Hotel Property Removal: Bringing items outside the hotel premises, including bath towels, hand towels, pillows, and similar items, is strictly prohibited. If guests are found in violation of this policy, corresponding charges may apply.

  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours on the premises starting at 10:00 PM.
